Job summary

ReignMarkconsultingservices seeks a senior, hands-on AI Systems Architect to design and build production-grade GenAI systems in a demanding enterprise setting. The role requires 15+ years of software experience and an expert architect who can still write production code.

This architect-level position (W2 only) emphasizes MCP, LLM architecture, and multi-agent tooling, with leadership across engineering teams and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall software/technology experience.
• Strong Software Architecture / Solutions Architecture background.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade LLM/GenAI applications.
• Hands-on MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience - building or integrating MCP servers/clients.
• Strong experience with LLM application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
• Experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Strong cloud-native architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, high-throughput AI platforms.
• Ability to create and communicate architecture diagrams, technical designs, and architecture RFCs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Agent-to-Agent / multi-agent AI systems.
• Design agent orchestration, task delegation, state management, and secure inter-agent communication.
• Architect and build MCP servers and clients connecting LLMs with enterprise data, APIs, tools, and development environments.
• Define architecture for an internal AI development platform.
• Design systems for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and low latency.
• Build prototypes and production-quality code.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns and engineering standards for AI applications.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor engineering teams.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical, enterprise-ready solutions.
