Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S in Athens is seeking an AI Strategy Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise AI projects. You will define client AI strategies, shape use cases, and lead delivery with our engineers and architects, ensuring value realization across organisations.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, manage proposals, and drive the commercial side of bids. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring broad business and technology insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting/delivery with at least 4 years in a client-facing management role.
• Proven record of growing client accounts and winning new work, including proposals.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ across several projects.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• Knowledge of Financial Services, Telecoms, or Energy & Utilities domains.
• Strong GenAI understanding; hands-on coding not required.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

Responsibilities

• Define client AI strategy: value from AI, start with use cases, move pilots to production.
• Build and manage relationships with senior clients and advise on AI adoption.
• Shape opportunities into concrete proposals and lead bid with sales and architecture.
• Own delivery: scope, plan, staffing, quality and satisfaction.
• Staff projects with right mix of seniority across clients and keep teams utilized.
• Lead, coach and develop teams; run workshops and steering meetings.
• Explain AI capabilities/limits in business terms and manage risks.
• Report portfolio health to AI Leader: pipeline, revenue, margin, utilization.
