Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Developer to drive prototype to production AI-enabled workflows and integrations. You will collaborate with business teams, application groups, and domain experts to design, prototype, and iterate on AI-enabled solutions in a hybrid Rutherford, NJ setting.

You will build rapid prototypes, validate technical feasibility, and contribute to governance and security considerations while coordinating with architecture, data, security, and platform teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, application development, systems engineering, or related engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with APIs, system integration, and service-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled workflows, assistants, agents, automations, and features in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prototype rapidly and test ideas against real business processes and enterprise environments.
• Translate prototype learnings into patterns, implementation considerations, and governance inputs for the AI CoE.
• Move successful prototypes toward scalable delivery by partnering with multiple teams.
