Valmont Industries in Omaha, NE seeks an Advanced AI Programmer Analyst to own AI-driven software solutions end-to-end. You will shape requirements with stakeholders, design scalable Python backends and Angular/React frontends, and collaborate with Data Science to deploy AI models in production.

Travel up to 25% is required, and you will mentor others while ensuring production-grade delivery. The role emphasizes cloud-native design, integration with business systems, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with 6+ years relevant experience or associate’s with 8+ years.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong cloud infrastructure and cloud-native system design.
• Experience with Angular and/or React & Azure based programming.
• Experience building AI-enabled or data-intensive systems is a plus.
• Experience with .NET stack and SQL databases.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven software solutions end-to-end from discovery through deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflows and automate processes.
• Design, build and operate cloud-native systems with scalable backend and modern frontends.
• Lead project teams and guide end users through data validation and testing.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation and infrastructure requirements for development projects.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and apply new technologies.
