Job summary

Liberate Inc. seeks an AI Agent Engineer to bridge cutting-edge products with customer needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration. You’ll work with customer success, sales, product, and engineering to deliver AI-driven value.

Location is hybrid (2 days in-office) in Boston or San Francisco (Berkeley). 7+ years in relevant roles and strong Python/Java and cloud experience are required. Competitive salary with equity and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting in AI/tech.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong ownership, urgency and customer obsession in startup env.
• Experience with Python/Java, APIs, data integration and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored AI-driven solutions.
• Serve as the technical expert during post-sales, delivering demos and presentations.
• Assess customer systems and identify integration points for AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as liaison between customers and product development to shape features.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain technical integration guides, FAQs, and best practices.
