Job summary

Inabia-Software- in Rutherford, NJ seeks an experienced AI/LLM Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications, assistants, and intelligent workflows. You will build production-ready Python solutions and integrate orchestration tools to deliver secure, scalable AI systems.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders in a forward-deployed capacity, driving AI governance, security, and observability with LangSmith, W&B, and OpenTelemetry.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and software development skills.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered applications in enterprise/production environments.
• Experience with MCP/FastMCP or similar tool integration.
• Experience with LangGraph or comparable orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, databases, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with AI governance, security, and HITL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI/LLM applications, assistants, agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Build scalable, production-ready Python-based solutions.
• Develop AI workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Implement tool integrations using MCP/FastMCP or comparable protocols.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and SQL-based solutions.
• Develop RAG solutions using structured and unstructured data sources.
• Design secure data-access patterns with authentication and authorization.
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, tracing, and observability with LangSmith, W&B, OpenTelemetry.
• Establish HITL processes and contribute to governance and secure development.
