Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in roles like Solutions Engineering, Architecture, Technical Business Development, or Technical Product Management at a top-tier tech company.
• High EQ and ability to read the room and adapt in real-time.
• Coachable and open-minded with ability to take and apply feedback.
• First principles thinking with ability to decompose problems to fundamental axioms.
• Technical fluency; able to talk about product design and integrations with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer development needs and use cases for autonomy and propose effective use of Voltai's products.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure the product roadmap enables current and prospective customers.
• Prioritize customer needs to support the broader engineering team.
• Work with the sales team to gather requirements through technical discussions and workshops.
• Explore new product development areas driven by understanding the customer landscape.
