Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Director of AI Solutions to lead and shape enterprise AI engagements from technical depth. You will architect LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and reusable AI frameworks while guiding delivery teams and collaborating with sales.

In this role you will translate complex AI concepts for executives, lead solution design, and craft value propositions that map to customer objectives in large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on AI/ML solution architecture or technical consulting roles.
• Strong experience building LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and reusable AI frameworks.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and senior technical decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, LLMs, and real-world patterns.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills to translate depth into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical advisor for enterprise opportunities with sales teams.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Develop tailored AI solution approaches, architectures, and value propositions.
• Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and value scoping.
• Present and defend solutions to executives and business stakeholders.
• Lead solutioning conversations and translate AI concepts for non-technical leaders.
• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions including LLM-based systems and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute to thought leadership and best practices in solution design.
