Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering.
• 5+ years of programming experience, including Python.
• Experience with deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or agentic AI.
• Experience and comfort with independent, self-directed research.
• Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design.
• Ability to lead and support day-to-day technology assessment efforts, including analysis, requirements, and performance characterization.
• Ability to distill complex topics into core concepts for general audiences.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
