This role emphasizes architectural leadership, scaling, and collaboration with business users to balance speed, reliability, and compliance, while mentoring engineers and advancing engineering standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Advanced degree such as Masters or PhD is preferred.
Experience leading engineering teams or large technical initiatives.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

Own the overall technical direction and align with business strategy and product objectives.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and evaluate technologies and platforms.
Ensure adherence to security requirements, engineering standards, and architectural principles.
Drive technical decisions balancing speed, cost, quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Mentor developers and foster technical growth across the team.
Coordinate work across engineers, architects, security partners, and platform teams.
