Job summary

The role focuses on building and deploying cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, working with LLMs and agents, ensuring reliability and observability, and participating in architecture discussions to drive robust, scalable software across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications.
• Experience working with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agents, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns.
• Experience delivering production software in collaborative engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing AI-powered product features and services.
• Developing applications and workflows that integrate LLM, agent, or machine learning capabilities.
• Contributing to evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

• Assisting with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releases.
• Mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared knowledge within the team.
• Engaging with Quality Assurance to verify that software meets technical specifications and delivering high-quality, reliable applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in software applications and systems.
• Synthesizing market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and enhance product offerings.
