Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Built-In AI Platform and Data Experiences portfolio for premium video. You will own the end-to-end product strategy across multiple suites, translating advertiser, agency, publisher, and partner needs into a clear roadmap and execution plan.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management for advertising or marketing technology platforms.
5+ years managing staff and fostering careers.
Sound business and technical judgment with strong analytical skills.
Experience with programmatic ad tech ecosystems, AI capabilities, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Built-In AI Platform and Data Experiences across premium video product suites.
Translate needs into priorities and execution plans; lead a team of product managers.
Collaborate across product, engineering, revenue, and client services to resolve issues.
Build and retain a high-performing product organization with clear expectations and fair compensation decisions.
Maintain attendance and be willing to work nights/weekends as necessary.
