TextNow is seeking a senior AI/Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications and automations that power customer experiences across our platform.

You will lead technical delivery, set patterns for AI development, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer care to deliver reliable, observable systems with strong ownership and a bias for experimentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development and delivering production-grade systems.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices.
• Hands-on experience building apps with Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and automations.
• Build internal tools and intelligent workflows using LLMs and AI agents.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and prototype concepts quickly.
• Transform proofs-of-concept into scalable production systems.
• Lead architecture decisions for AI initiatives.
