Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Senior AI Engineers to build a software factory—an engineering system where AI agents, within guardrails designed by engineers, carry work from a well-formed specification through code, tests, review, and release. You will design and build agents, workflows, context systems, evaluation harnesses, and governance behind our AI-Led Development Cycle (AI-DLC).

You will prove them on production code across our platforms. 165K - 185K depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• 2+ years building with LLMs in production — agents, tool use, retrieval, or AI-powered tooling.
• Deep fluency with agentic coding tools and a clear view of their tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agents, workflows, context systems, evaluation harnesses, and governance for AI-DLC.
• Prove architectures and systems on production code across platforms, not sandbox demos.
