Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering with 2+ years in production AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on with large language models and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building REST/GraphQL APIs serving AI/ML outputs.
• HIPAA awareness and secure handling of health data.

Responsibilities

• System development: build and maintain LLM-powered features in clinical settings.
• Model evaluation: measure accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Backend: develop Python/Typescript services exposing AI capabilities via APIs.
• Infrastructure and MLOps: tooling and deployment automation as the team scales.
• Collaborate in architecture, code reviews, and engineering standards.
