Purpose Financial is seeking talented AI Software Engineers to join our new AI Engineering team. You will help build and enhance our AI infrastructure on AWS Bedrock, expanding our SecureGPT platform.

Responsibilities include developing agentic workflows, integrating external AI services, and creating AI orchestration systems to enable smarter products. The role requires 3+ years in software development, 1+ year in AI/ML, and a strong background with Python/JavaScript, AWS serverless stack, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience with at least 1+ years in AI/ML.
• Experience with large language models and generative AI platforms.
• Experience building/deploying on AWS with serverless architectures (Lambda, S3).
• Knowledge of AI orchestration, workflow management, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI infrastructure components and services on AWS Bedrock.
• Implement agentic workflow capabilities and integrate external AI services via Model Context Protocol.
• Build and enhance AI workflow and orchestration systems for product offerings.
• Contribute to the SecureGPT platform built on AWS Lambda, S3, and Knowledgebases.
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks for AI systems.
