Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with a cybersecurity discipline.
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on design and deployment of agentic AI in production.
• Minimum 8 years end‑to‑end security delivery ownership in client environments.
• Minimum 8 years cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years if no college degree).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across client environments.
• Deliver hands‑on security engineering using agentic coding tools in daily practice.
• Own AI threat surface management including OWASP LLM Top 10 controls and prompt hardening.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (IAM, data pipelines, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation aligned to EU AI Act and NIST RMF.
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client executives and build risk‑adjusted investment cases.
• Publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client teams.
