Job summary

EY in Atlanta seeks AI Systems Engineers to own the security and trust fabric of EY’s AI-native platform, spanning identity, secrets, cryptography and attestation across cloud, on‑prem, edge and air‑gapped environments.

You will ensure workload identity, manage cryptographic lifecycles, enforce attestation policies, and collaborate with Enterprise Security, Cloud Platform and SRE to achieve audit readiness in regulated client contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in security engineering, identity/PKI, or trust infrastructure with hands-on production ownership.
• Deep expertise in workload identity, secrets management, PKI, and cryptographic lifecycle at production scale.

Responsibilities

• Own workload identity and secrets management across environments.
• Build confidential compute environments to enable isolated, attestable workloads.
• Establish platform-wide identity model for verifiable identities across telemetry and policy enforcement.
• Own the cryptographic lifecycle including issuance, rotation, and revocation.
• Enforce attestation policy for trusted nodes, enclaves, and workloads.
• Partner with Enterprise Security / Cloud Platform / SRE for audit readiness in regulated contexts.
