Addepar is seeking a Staff AI Security Engineer to join the Security Solutions team. You will lead AI security initiatives, shape architecture, and drive secure adoption of AI across the platform, collaborating with engineering, product, and risk teams.

With 9+ years in security roles, you will mentor engineers, define guardrails, and influence enterprise-wide security posture while balancing innovation and risk in a fast-moving data and AI environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of dedicated security engineering, application security, infrastructure security, data security or cloud security roles.
• Proven track record of taking vague security problems and turning them into structured project plans.

Responsibilities

• Focus on AI Security in areas like Innovation & Strategy, Platform AI Security, and AI Enablement.
• Lead AI Security Defense in Depth to protect against AI-based attacks and threats.
• Drive security initiatives across the organization’s infrastructure, applications, and environment.
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable, secure security solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers within the Information Security & Risk team.
