Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Advisor/Sr. Advisor to lead security for enterprise AI.

You will own the strategy, requirements, and roadmap for AI security within Lilly’s Cybersecurity organization, working with engineering, platform, and security operations to implement and operate controls. The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience, knowledge of cloud security, data protection, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or platform/software engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to set technical direction at enterprise scale and influence executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI security strategy and roadmap aligned with cybersecurity policy and regulatory obligations.
• Publish reference architectures and acceptance criteria for AI applications and integrations.
• Lead testing and assurance for AI systems, including prompt injection and data exposure scenarios.
• Mentor engineers and security operations on AI threat models and safe agent design patterns.
