Newberry Group is seeking an experienced AI Security Architect to support the DISA customer, providing security engineering and architecture guidance for secure integration, development, and deployment of AI/ML capabilities including LLMs. The role requires DoD RMF alignment, secure data pipelines, and collaboration with mission partners to safeguard CUI throughout training and inference.

The position is hybrid onsite (4 days onsite weekly) near Fort Meade, MD or Chambersburg, PA, with a salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Must reside within commutable distance to Fort Meade, MD or Chambersburg, PA for a hybrid schedule.

Responsabilités

• Provide security architecture and engineering guidance for AI/ML systems, LLMs, and related infrastructure.
• Apply AI RMF and NIST RMF guidance to design, deployment, and operation.
• Identify mitigations for AI-specific threats (prompt injection, data poisoning, model evasion).
• Architect and review secure data pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
