Job summary

Wissen Technology in NYC is seeking an experienced Senior AI Security Engineer to secure LLM-based applications and AI platforms. You will design AI guardrails, secure architectures, and conduct AI-focused security assessments and red-team exercises to protect critical systems and data.

This AVP/VP role requires 8+ years in application security, DevSecOps, and cloud security, with focus on OWASP Top 10, AI governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Strong background in application security, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
• Experience with AI/LLM security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage application security controls (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Design and secure AI/LLM applications and RAG systems.
• Configure and secure AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Conduct penetration testing, prompt injection, jailbreak, and AI red-team assessments.
• Evaluate AI guardrails and security controls.
• Perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews.
