Job summary

Anaplan is hiring a Senior SDET for AI to design testing frameworks and quality metrics for GenAI/Agentic systems. The role emphasizes reliable, accurate, and trustworthy AI features with hands-on Python coding and automation across evaluations, API checks, UI checks, and performance tests.

You will own the QA strategy for the GenAI workstream, maintain golden datasets, and drive best practices while working with CI/CD pipelines and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Design and architect QA plans and quality metrics for LLM-powered apps and agentic workflows.
• Develop automated end-to-end test suites in Python across evaluations, API/UI/performance checks.
• Create automated prompt testing systems and regression suites to detect model behavior changes.
• Establish evaluation criteria for GenAI quality: accuracy, relevance, safety, consistency, latency.
• Perform adversarial testing to identify hallucinations, biases, or security issues.
• Build internal tools to help engineers validate GenAI implementations.
• Deploy real-time monitoring to flag quality degradation in production.
• Own the overall QA strategy for the workstream with golden datasets and best practices.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI patterns.
• Strong hands-on Python coding and test automation experience.
• Experience with test frameworks and scripting (Python, JavaScript, Selenium, Pytest).
• Strong experience with CI/CD and automated testing integration.

Responsibilities
