Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree with 10+ years in CS/CE/ML required or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on large-scale training experience is required.
Record of patents or publications at top-tier conferences/journals is preferred.
Proficiency in C++ and Python is required.

Responsibilities

Push the boundaries of reinforcement learning and post-training methods for code-focused LLMs.
Invent and implement state-of-the-art agentic RL training recipes at Amazon scale.
Deploy products impacting daily workflows of millions of developers.
Advance AI/ML research and publish findings at premier conferences.
Collaborate with customers to translate research into production systems.
