You will collaborate with world-class researchers to create scalable training recipes and deploy AI-enabled coding assistants used by developers globally.

Applicants should have a PhD or equivalent, 10+ years in CS/ML, and extensive experience with large-scale training, C++/Python, and publications.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's with 10+ years in CS, CE, ML or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on large-scale training experience.
• Experience with patents or publications at top-tier conferences or journals.
• Experience programming in C++ and Python.

Responsibilities

• Push the boundaries of reinforcement learning and post-training methodologies for large language models specialized in code intelligence.
• Invent and implement agentic RL training recipes at unprecedented Amazon scale.
• Deploy products that impact daily workflows of millions of developers.
• Publish and present pioneering work at premier ML conferences.
• Work with customers to transition research into production systems.
