Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist Engineer to join a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role focuses on building and operationalizing advanced machine learning and NLP solutions that support smarter decision-making across the organization. You will develop LLM-powered agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and scalable data pipelines that enable reliable AI-driven applications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and retrieval systems.
• Experience with APIs and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and NLP applications.
• Develop LLM-powered agents and agentic AI systems.
• Design prompt engineering strategies and evaluation pipelines.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Design and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines.
• Perform data preprocessing and model experimentation.
