Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive adoption.
• 5+ years building and shipping AI/ML solutions with real user adoption.
• 3+ years deploying and scaling solutions at enterprise scale including MLOps and cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• 3+ years delivering production solutions with emerging technologies, AI/GenAI/LLMs and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader on AI, GenAI, and agentic technologies translating capabilities into scalable applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to convert ambiguous business needs into precise specs including data requirements and failure modes.
• Own AI applications end-to-end from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Orchestrate AI agents across parallel streams, building reusable workflows for teams.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, conformance checks, and monitoring for safe production AI outputs.
• Document decisions and incidents, coaching users to improve project performance.
• Collaborate with global IT & Digital teams to scale AI solutions within enterprise processes.
• Build security and resilience into AI systems, guarding sensitive data and critical processes.
