Job summary

Big Wave Digital in San Francisco is seeking a senior individual contributor to join a small, seasoned team building the trust layer for AI agents. You will own red-team engagements end to end for major customers, sharpen the core evaluation engine, and turn cutting-edge adversarial research into repeatable product.

You must be fluent in Python and TypeScript, bring 5+ years of software development, and be comfortable working onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Production experience shipping user-facing features.
• Hands-on Python and TypeScript mastery.
• 5+ years as a software engineer.
• CS degree or equivalent technical background.
• Clear communication with engineers and stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

• Own red-team engagements end to end for major customers' agents.
• Sharpen the core engine that powers every evaluation.
• Turn adversarial research into repeatable product.
• Ensure test quality; refine weak tests.
• Automate workflows with agents.
• Develop tests for next-wave agents ahead of playbooks.
