TTN Talent is seeking senior AI researchers to work on reinforcement learning and frontier model training. The role spans hands-on experimentation through to owning the research roadmap and building a team.

Candidates with a PhD focusing on RL are highly desirable, with a track record of publishing or delivering strong benchmarks in AI research environments. Hybrid work with in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in RL and frontier model training.
• Experience as Applied Researcher, Research Scientist or Research Lead.
• Publish research or deliver benchmarks with strong performance.
• Translate research into experiments, datasets, and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the research roadmap and drive projects from concept to implementation.
• Lead and build a high-impact research team in a hybrid setting.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation and analyze results to improve capabilities.
