Job summary

Lovelace AI is seeking a Staff AI Research Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of advanced AI models powering its Elemental context engine. You will work closely with product and infrastructure teams to productionalize ML models, pipelines, and services for real-time, scalable insights.

You will design components such as multimodal data ingestion, entity resolution, and knowledge graph construction, while mentoring engineers and contributing to external research and internal

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and AI Engineering.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, training pipelines, and deploying and scaling models on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Ability to design rigorous experiments, interpret results, and communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
