Belay Technologies is seeking a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer to support TO-005, RAD, and oversee planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. You will work with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to ensure software capabilities are accurately defined, built, tested, and delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed functional requirements and translating them into technical specs.
• Translate high-level requirements into actionable Jira user stories and epics for development teams.
• Conduct functional testing of application features and serve as a technical liaison among cross-functional teams.
• Communicate AI approaches, tradeoffs, and implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee requirements for an enterprise AI-enabled application.
• Collaborate with customers, systems engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure capabilities are defined, built, tested, and delivered.
