Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer to support TO-005 and oversee planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. You will work with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to ensure capabilities are defined, built, tested, and delivered in an Agile environment.

The role requires hands-on requirements definition, functional validation, and effective communication of AI approaches, tradeoffs, and integration with

Qualifications

• Experience with Java/JS, RESTful microservices and AWS cloud.
• Ability to elicit and document functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into Jira user stories and epics for development teams.
• Experience performing functional testing of application features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on AI approaches.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and practical enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate enterprise AI-enabled features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to define software capabilities.
• Translate high-level requirements into Jira user stories for development teams.
• Participate in Agile delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
