Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a quality and reliability lead within a senior AI development pod to ensure robust, trustworthy AI-enabled software and workflows.

You will design test strategies, partner with engineers to preempt failures, and drive automated testing, observability, and production readiness for fast-moving AI projects.

You will help define standards, contribute code and tooling, and support continuous improvement for front-facing systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or reliability engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building/operating reliable production systems with testing and deployment readiness.
• Strong fluency in APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud infra.
• Experience with frontier AI tooling, LLM-enabled apps, or agentic systems.
• Ability to balance hands-on implementation with system-level quality strategy.
• Strong debugging and incident response with prevention bias.
• Excellent communication, able to influence senior engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering, or equivalent.
• U.S. Person status required for export controlled data.
