Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced QA/Test Specialist to help build AI-enabled web and mobile agentic applications. You will work with a small team of developers to ensure high-quality, bug-free software releases, withon-site work at our El Segundo facility.

Must have strong testing, REST API, and automation skills and be prepared to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance. We value candidates with experience across unit to regression testing, familiarity with

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 5 years of experience.
• 2+ years of end-to-end software testing experience with a variety of browsers and platforms (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, iOS).
• 2+ years of REST API testing experiences.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor JS, Nightwatch JS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP requests, and basic SQL for backend validation.
• Experience with Agile development process and test automation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.
• Staff IV requires Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of workflow testing.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear acceptance criteria with product owners and validate requirements.
• Support unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance/load, and regression testing.
• Write and apply automated test suites for internally developed applications.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
• Oversee bug lifecycle and advocate for quality standards before releases.
• Generate test data and quality metrics for applications.
• Create testing guides for user acceptance testing and perform demos as needed.
