Job summary

Authenticx is seeking a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated tests across UI, API, and data layers, focusing on critical product areas. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer teams to improve quality and release confidence.

You will automate core customer workflows using Playwright, Bruno, Postman, and SQL, and contribute to a robust CI/CD process in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in test automation or software engineering with ownership of automated suites.
• Production level coding in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• Playwright or equivalent modern UI automation on complex web apps.
• REST API testing with Bruno, Postman, or code-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests across UI, API, data layers.
• Create and maintain smoke, regression, acceptance, integration, and end-to-end suites.
• Automate critical user journeys with Playwright.
• Validate APIs and data using Bruno or Postman and SQL.
• Investigate flaky tests and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
