Job summary

Harvard University invites applications for a Senior AI Program Manager to support the lab's national and international research initiatives at the intersection of AI, medicine, and biology.

You will work closely with Prof. Zitnik to translate cutting-edge AI research into biomedical discovery, managing operations, coordination across sites, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills and exceptional communication across academic partners.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD or equivalent degree in CS/engineering/computational biomedicine or related field.
• Strong technical background in AI or computational sciences with biology/medicine familiarity.
• Excellent written communication and ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create sponsor reports, progress updates, technical docs, tutorials and outreach materials.
• Lead operational coordination for lab collaborations and partnerships.
• Oversee multi-site research projects, milestones, deliverables, and resources across sites.
