Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager, AI & Analytics, to own the Data & Insights Platform roadmap and drive AI-enabled workflows across Pharmacy Systems and related data platforms. You will translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Security, and Commercial teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or Product Strategy.
Experience leading complex SaaS, enterprise software, workflow, healthcare technology, or data platform products.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics, and data products from a product management perspective.
Ability to translate technical and AI concepts into customer‑facilitating capabilities, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
Experience partnering with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, Analytics, Security, Compliance, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the Data & Insights Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Evolve the platform into cloud-native, AI-enabled analytics product with governance and security.
Lead product strategy for reporting, analytics, self-service insights, and data products.
Prioritize Snowflake optimization, data governance, and data quality.
Own roadmap and backlog prioritization with customer feedback and business value.
Lead design-partner engagements, pilots, product launches, and go-to-market readiness.
Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, UX, Security, Compliance.
Define functional and non-functional requirements for analytics and AI workflows.
