Lightning AI, the company behind PyTorch Lightning, seeks a Senior Product & Solution Marketing Manager to lead product marketing from positioning to launches and sales enablement.

This role collaborates with Product, GTM, and Sales to translate AI capabilities into market narratives, own launches, craft customer stories, and drive demand; base salary ranges from $170,000 to $190,000 USD, plus equity and bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Product Marketing experience in B2B software, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Strong familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem, developer workflows, ML frameworks, and GPU cloud infra.
• Strategic thinking with executional excellence; synthesize market inputs and metrics for decisions.
• Customer-first mindset; create market-defining stories that sell.
• Proven history of planning and launching multi-product portfolios and driving pipeline.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Marketing leaders.
• Testing mindset; turn learnings into repeatable programs and investments.
• Exceptional written, oral, and visual communication; experienced public speaker.

Responsibilities

• Drive product marketing strategy, messaging, and end-to-end marketing for Lightning AI products.
• Serve as go-to-market positioning authority to product, campaigns, events, and sales.
• Translate early-stage capabilities into compelling market narratives with customer insights.
• Own launches with positioning and cross-functional execution.
• Develop content and tools with Sales to accelerate deal velocity.
• Craft customer case studies and testimonials based on pain points and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Events to activate positioning and drive demand.
• Represent Lightning AI at industry events, webinars, and partner functions.
