Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to bridge client needs, business strategy, and engineering. You will define the why and what of our products while shaping the how with engineering, architecture, and design; own the roadmap end-to-end from discovery to delivery and adoption.

You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with cross-team stakeholders to ensure APIs, data flows, and system scalability meet client value and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably with AI/tech-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate requirements into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, data flows, and scalability.
• Validate concepts via user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture for timely delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market and adoption plans.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly across levels.
