Job summary

Artos is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-native products for life sciences. You will collaborate with founders, engineering, AI, design, implementation, and customer-facing teams to turn AI advances into reliable products that support regulatory and scientific documentation workflows.

You will work at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and life sciences with customers and technical teams to move from discovery to production and adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience shipping complex B2B software.
• Ownership of products from discovery through production and adoption.
• Deep engagement with engineering on architecture, data, APIs, AI systems, and tradeoffs.
• Strong understanding of modern AI products including LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear requirements and prioritized plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for cross-functional areas, including documentation and quality testing.
• Develop and maintain a clear roadmap based on customer needs, strategy, tech capabilities, and market opportunities.
• Engage with pharma/biotech/life sciences customers to understand regulatory workflows and automation opportunities.
• Translate customer problems into actionable product requirements for engineering and AI teams.
• Define AI-powered experiences with accuracy, citations, traceability, evaluation, and human review as core.
• Lead discovery and validation via interviews, workflow analysis, prototypes, experiments, and user feedback.
• Balance customer needs, technical complexity, speed, reliability, and scalability in product tradeoffs.
• Support CS to measure impact and adoption of shipped features.
