Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise AI solutions management and delivery.
• 5+ years in enterprise-level product management and 0-to-1 delivery.
• Ability to map As-Is flows across departments and systems.
• Engineering orientation with end-to-end feasibility focus.
• Strong AI foundations: agents / ML / optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP systems (S/4, BTP, Joule).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration with customer and engineering teams.
• Extensibility and configurability in product design.

Responsibilities

• Shadow As-Is workflows across systems to identify pain points.
• Design the To-Be workflow and author product specs (inputs/outputs/UI).
• Create extensible, configurable products and secure Go/No-Go sign-off.
• Drive product development, roadmap, and expansion.
