Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Maryland is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to own the product strategy for one or more AI use cases across the patient journey. You will translate customer and clinical needs into measurable outcomes and partner with engineering, analytics, and operations teams to deliver AI-powered experiences.

This leadership role requires strong roadmapping, prioritization, and governance skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI use-case roadmap and define success metrics and KPIs.
• Translate customer, operational, and clinical problems into clear jobs-to-be-done and requirements.
• Lead discovery and validation with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and analytics teams.
• Ensure AI capabilities are safe, scalable, and compliant while delivering measurable outcomes.
