Job summary

EY in the United States is hiring a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community across the firm, define shared standards, coordinate best practices, and build the connective tissue that helps PMs thrive wherever they sit.

You will partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders, develop PRDs and roadmaps, manage backlogs, and drive lifecycle management from ideation to delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology‑driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI‑enabled products
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
