Job summary

OpusClip is seeking a Senior PM to own Agent Opus from its earliest stage, embedded with the founding team in a small, fast-moving environment. You will shape the product vision, strategy, and user experiences for a new AI-native video creation product.

You’ll translate cutting-edge multimodal AI into delightful UX, act as a taste-maker, and drive rapid prototyping with engineers and designers, delivering founder-level ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of product management experience in an early-stage startup.
• Strong product sense and taste, not just growth metrics.
• Hands-on working style with speed and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for Agent Opus from exploration to PMF.
• Translate multimodal AI Capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
• Prototype ideas quickly with engineers and designers to shorten cycles.
• Develop deep understanding of core users through direct research.
• Ensure features meet high standards for rhythm, composition, and visuals.
