Job summary

TubeScience Labs is hiring a Product Manager for Labs to independently own ideation, discovery and prototyping, and work inside the engineering process to propose and validate architecture, steer development, and lead evals and customer roll-out.

You will work within a vertically integrated environment across creative artists and technologists to create product solutions spanning design, production, and media delivery and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong interest or experience with AI, LLMs, and Agents.
• Ability to drive a roadmap while balancing learning and risk.
• Technical background in AI/ML, Advertising, Video Production, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, ideation, discovery, prototyping, roadmap, validation, and steering of the development cycle across key pieces of creative ad design, production, and media delivery.
• Partner with the business to develop critical insights and define product metrics that drive customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Identify gaps in the end-to-end production cycle and build technology that drives innovation and performance for customers.
• Stay updated on the AI ecosystem and empower the team to continuously evolve the product lifecycle.
