ISpeedToLead Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to build the AI operating layer behind our marketplace. You will turn ambiguous business problems into reliable production systems, owning the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

You will ship AI features across lead quality, matching, prediction, and call intelligence, with a strong focus on measurable business impact and reusable patterns for future niches.

Qualifications

• Strong record of building and shipping production software end-to-end in SaaS or marketplace contexts.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features with model APIs, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
• English at professional, US-based stakeholder communication level (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Discover high-value problems with users and frame success criteria before coding.
• Design and ship customer-facing AI features and internal automations across lead quality, matching, prediction, and CRM.
• Build agents and workflows that safely use tools, APIs, databases, and communications with human fallbacks.
