Job summary

Bow Wave LLC is seeking an AI Process Integration Engineer to bridge approved AI/ML tools with mission workflows across intelligence analysis, targeting, and screening. The role focuses on redesigning processes around AI tools and ensuring analysts can use them from Day 1.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in AI/ML tool deployment, plus TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. This full-time position offers hands-on tool configuration, Lean Six Sigma practices, and collaboration with analysts and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in AI/ML tool deployment and systems integration.
• 5+ years in IC/DoD or Federal analytic environments.
• Proficiency in AI/ML tool configuration and prompt engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate tech to non-technical analysts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• AI Tool Evaluation & Configuration: assess approved AI/ML tools and configure for mission-specific use cases.
• Workflow Analysis & Process Redesign: map analytics workflows and design optimized processes; maintain SOPs.
• Prompt Engineering & Tool Enablement: build prompts, guides, and templates for tool use.
• Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement: establish KPIs and track gains using data-driven methods.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management: coordinate with analysts, mission leads, and IT; deliver demos and training.
