Job summary

Orion Advisor Solutions is seeking a Senior Privacy & AI Risk Analyst to lead privacy initiatives and oversee AI governance from a privacy perspective. You will collaborate across Legal, InfoSec, and business units to ensure privacy controls are applied to AI use cases.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week at one of the office locations and candidates located within commutable distance to an Orion office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations in financial services is preferred.
• Experience developing policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes.
• Familiarity with AI governance and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy planning and procedure development across Orion Advisor Solutions in coordination with Legal and InfoSec.
• Identify privacy vulnerabilities, develop remediation action plans and provide risk mitigation guidance.
• Manage responses to Potential Privacy Incidents with Risk Officer and Legal.
• Implement Privacy Incident Response Plan when needed.
• Manage Data Subject Rights Request process and maintain a repository of requests.
