Job summary

Orion is seeking a Privacy & AI Governance Program Manager to spearhead privacy initiatives and coordinate cross‑team collaboration, ensuring privacy processes are followed from start to finish. You will partner with Legal, Information Security, and business leaders to build and scale privacy operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Primary privacy liaison enterprise-wide across the organization.
• Develop and promote the privacy framework and program.
• Lead AI governance from a privacy perspective.
• Coordinate privacy-related risk assessments and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Embed privacy considerations into business decisions, product development, and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee privacy policies, procedures, and related risk management across Legal, Risk, and Information Security.
• Design and deliver privacy training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Manage Data Subject Rights Requests (DSSR) and incident response workflows.
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and support DPIAs.
