Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer for Prime Video Advertising to shape the future of ads in live sports and VoD. You will work on AI-first, low-latency ad insertion and scale across Prime Video streams worldwide.

Collaborate with AWS services (CloudFront, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS) and internal tools, mentoring teams and shaping the AI-driven automation roadmap for the ad stack.

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

Work on AI-first, low latency/high throughput dynamic ad insertion for Live Sports and VoD.
Design and build AI-driven agents and automation to reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with AWS technologies and internal incubator tools to deliver ads at scale.
